SEASON INSIGHTS

“I'm really looking forward to revisiting Haydn's brilliant oratorio The Creation. It was our first CD recording with Linn Records, and I think it was one of our best. Then comes Messiah, which I always look forward to and always find something new, even after all these years. People will love the star-studded casts that we've engaged for Messiah and for Haydn. A few weeks later, we have our annual New Year's celebration concert to ring in the new year, and then we turn to great works of Beethoven and Mozart in March with the effervescent Erin Morely. The season ends with one of Handel's most popular operas, Ariodante, for which we have a spectacular cast lined up. This production was canceled when the pandemic began, but now I'm excited that we can finally present it. It will be a wonderful season of music, and I look forward to seeing you there.”
