NEC’s Jordan Hall

Located in the heart of downtown Boston inside New England Conservatory, Jordan Hall is a one of the nation’s most treasured concert halls. With superb acoustics, ample seating, and a designated historic landmark, you’ll always enjoy the opulent splendor of a concert at Jordan Hall.

Boston Baroque’s performances at NEC’s Jordan Hall have a capacity of 1,000 audience members per performance. Opened in 1903, the hall is set-up in a traditional way, with an elevated stage at front and seating available on the first floor or in the balcony. Restrooms are available in the rear of the hall.

NEC’s Jordan Hall is located at 30 Gainsborough Street, Boston, MA. 

We recommend using public transportation to access Jordan Hall. The closest train stops are the “Symphony” stop on the Green Line “E” train, and the “Massachusetts Avenue” stop on the Orange Line. There is very limited parking around Jordan Hall. We recommend parking in the Gainsborough Garage at 10 Gainsborough Street, or the Westland Avenue Garage at 35 Westland Avenue. 

 
 
 

Harvard University’s Sanders Theatre

Located on Harvard University’s campus in Cambridge, Sanders Theatre is the home of our annual New Year’s Celebration concert on New Year’s Day.

TRANSPORATION

Sanders Theatre is located inside Memorial Hall at 45 Quincy Street, Cambridge, MA. Limited metered street parking is available around Sanders Theatre and around Harvard Square. Parking is also available at the Broadway Garage and 52 Oxford Street Garage.

Sanders Theatre is located on public transportation by taking the Red Line train to the “Harvard” stop. Bus lines that stop in Harvard Square include the #71, #73, #74, #75, #77, #78, #86, and #96. For detailed information on public transportation in Harvard Square.

 
 
 

Emerson Paramount Center's Robert J. Orchard Stage

Located in the heart of downtown Boston near the Boston Commons, the Robert J. Orchard Stage, originally a 1930s cinema palace, was restored in an Art Deco style and stands as the largest auditorium operated by the Emerson College Office of the Arts.

TRANSPORTATION

The Robert J. Orchard Stage is located at 559 Washington St, Boston, MA 02111, next the the Boston Opera House. Limited on-street parking is available in the surrounding area, and the venue is easily accessible by public transportation.

To reach by public transit, you can either take the MBTA Orange Line to the Chinatown stop, the MBTA red Line to the Downtown Crossing stop, or the MBTA Green Line to the Park Street stop.

Metered and Garage parking is available. There are meters surrounding the Boston Commons, but we highly recommend booking a parking garage in advance through apps like SpotHero or paying upon entrance. Parking garages in the area include the Boston Common Garage, the City Place Parking Garage, and the Stuart Street Garage.

 
 
 

Multicultural Arts Center

The Multicultural Arts Center is located in East Cambridge, adjacent to Kendall Square. Since its founding in 1978, they have worked to bring the arts to the people of Cambridge and provide opportunities for artists of diverse backgrounds. Visitors can enjoy performances and exhibitions through the gallery and access the artists' space.

TRANSPORATION

Located at 41 2nd Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, only a few minutes from the Science Museum in East Cambridge. The entrance is down a short path between two buildings on your right.

Limited metered street parking is available in the area; please note that some streets are Permit Parking Only. Parking is also available at the East Cambridge Parking Garage, located one block away on Spring Street between First and Second Streets.

The venue is accessible by public transportation by taking the Green Line to the Lechmere stop. It is also a 15-minute walk from the Community College stop on the Orange Line, and a 20-minute walk from the Kendall/MIT stop on the Red Line.
