Introducing Christian Curnyn

This October, Boston Baroque welcomes Christian Curnyn, one of the UK’s most celebrated interpreters of Baroque music, for his much-anticipated Boston debut.

Critics have praised his Handel interpretations as “authoritative” and “flooding the ear with splendour.” The Spectator recently described his conducting as “huge, succulent swirls and flourishes; Handel playing that hits you in the stomach.”
